Shown at the top of the app and in the workspace picker.

Workspace owners Who can edit branding and create shows
Can edit branding and create new shows. Doesn't grant access to any show's content — add people to a show's own team for that.
If they already use Sholo they're added straight away. If not, they'll join this workspace automatically the first time they sign up with that address.

Show name Name and client
Shown in the workspace picker, the header, and anywhere this show is referenced.
Time zone Where the show physically is
The venue's local time. Every time on the schedule is read in this zone, and it's what lets Sholo send a reminder 30 minutes before something starts even when nobody has the app open.
Show colour Tells this show apart from your others
Overrides the company colour while you're in this show. Handy when you're running several shows for the same client — the app changes colour so you can tell at a glance which one you're in.

Floor plan pages Upload the PDF, manage sheets
Upload the floor plan PDF — each page becomes a floor plan sheet, and booth numbers are matched against your gear list to place pins automatically. You'll review everything before it saves.

Gear list Import and version history
Importing an updated list merges it in — you'll see exactly what changes before anything saves, and work logged on the floor is kept. Expects columns: pad, booth, subArea, details, tvCount, vendor, size, orientation, mount, vistaTech, meetsTech, contentDescription, contentStatus, deployed, dropboxUrl, notes.
Schedule Add entries, or import a schedule
The whole event's schedule — load-in, sessions, meals, load-out. The crew filter it and set their own reminders; only you change what's on it. Imports add to what's there rather than replacing it, so a rotation schedule and a production schedule can both live here.
From a web page
If the schedule is published on a page, paste the link and Sholo will read it. Keep the link and you can re-sync when the venue revises it — the entries from that page are replaced, and anything else on the schedule is left alone.
